How it all started...
Desert Springs Evangelical Presbyterian Church was founded in 1978 as the first Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) church plant in Tucson, AZ. It met in schools, in other churches, and even a mortuary until settling into their current location in the early 2000's.
Expanding the vision...
The church has grown over the decades, and its first church plant was Catalina Foothills Presbyterian Church. Since then, the roots have continued to spread around Tucson, and the church has continued to support various church plants and ministry groups around town, including Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at University of Arizona (UofA), Corazón Ministries, and Answers for Life Pregnancy Center.
