Summary
Doubts and reservations about the validity and reliability of the Gospel accounts of Jesus resurrection may have a deeper, underlying motive: we want God to satisfy our criteria for truth, and are not content with the criteria we are given. Whether in the first or the twenty first century, skeptics and strugglers must come to grips with this one overarching truth in the world: the resurrection isn’t merely an intellectual debate; it is a total game-changing event for all humanity.
